It's a little blurry and I kind of posted it late since I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow. And that's not an outtie already!!! It's my shirt I promise!

Rewind

I take back what I said yesterday. My life is not going back together...I kind of had a break down at work today. After that post yesterday, it all started going downhill. Can we say rollarcoaster much? ugh! When will I be "normal" again? I know I will never be the person I was a year ago, which is fine...but, when will all of the... I'm good.... Not so good.... I think I could curl up and die.... Oh, no I'm alright.... Why can't I have my daughter... Oh, no I can handle looking at a baby.... Get that baby away from me... stop?

Challenge groups

Tomorrow is the start of my first challenge group! I am so excited to share a sneak peek into the fantastic community I have become a part of.  I had 15 people join, which I think is a good number considering I opened up 20 spots and there is still to the end of the day. A challenge group is really what kept me motivated while doing workouts at home and they still do.  Seeing everyone encouraging each other and posting their own struggles and achievements.  Giving pointers, tips and new ideas.  Being able to have a place to go when the people in real life judge your journey or make comments (unfortunately that will happen). And when that does happen, brush aside those negative comments and remember why you have decided to take this journey, FOR YOU! To make your life better, to be a better person, to encourage your family, to just be a better you all around.  Because that's what's going to happen.  And if anyone wants join me on this journey (along wi...
